Stefano Boumya was born in 1993 amongst the winds of Bellinzona. An anthropologist and historian, he divides his professional life between scientific research and work in a social institution in Ticino. Passionate about photography and mountains, he let himself be convinced to start appreciating the sea with the PeP group in 2018.
Matteo Buffi, born in 1991, comes from the Locarno region and lives in Neuchâtel. A microbiologist by profession and an expert in soil ecology, ever since he discovered the PeP group he hasn’t been able to do without them. He loves forests, mushroom foraging and ice hockey.
Anna Decurtins, born in 1988, is a social educator specialising in emotional, affective and sexual education of persons with disabilities. In both her volunteer work and her job she pays close attention to co-participation and to people’s overall well-being. True to the best PeP tradition, she loves aperitifs and convivial moments.
Giada Junghi, born in 1997, is a social educator with a background in anthropology and lives in Lausanne. She loves cooking, caring for her plants and doing yoga. In 2023 she joined the PeP group to turn her passion for volunteering into an inclusive and long-term adventure.
Jessica Lepek was born in 1994 and is a socio-healthcare worker. Thanks to the PeP group, in 2019 she realised she wanted to undertake training in the social field after several years working in banking. She loves walking in the woods and animals, especially her cats Nina and Valkiria.
Elia Minorini, born in 1995, is a childcare worker active in Lausanne. He began his experience with the PeP group in 2024, motivated to put his professional background at the service of the group. Passionate about music, the underwater world and the mountains, Elia never misses an opportunity to share his passions with participants.
Aurora Ruggeri was born in 1994 and is a geographer. She is currently completing a PhD in geography at the University of Neuchâtel, focusing on the relationship between mental health and urban green spaces. She is deeply passionate about herbs, plants and yoga. Her great love for the PeP group began in 2016.
Kim Schori, from the legendary class of 1989, is a Trade Finance banking adviser. His motto: “Anything is possible”. Life is far too short not to share it with the PeP group and its adventures.
